All online sales are final.
Exchanges are accepted one time only within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns and exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
Sale items, special orders, custom items, layaway items, and deposits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
