Do you repair jewelry purchased somewhere else?
Yes. We evaluate jewelry from any maker and explain the available repair options before work begins.
What jewelry repair services do you offer?
Services include ring sizing, chain and clasp repair, pearl restringing, stone replacement, setting repair, polishing, restoration, and heirloom redesign.
How do I receive a repair estimate?
Bring the piece to our Brooklyn showroom or book an appointment. After inspecting the metal, stones, and construction, we will explain the work and provide an estimate.
Are your gemstones natural?
We specialize in natural gemstones and disclose known treatments when that information is available. Contact us if you would like details about a particular piece.
How should I clean gemstone jewelry?
Use a soft, dry cloth for routine care. Because pearls, opals, turquoise, emeralds, and many treated stones require special handling, avoid ultrasonic or chemical cleaning unless a jeweler confirms it is safe.
Do you create custom jewelry?
Yes. We can help select a gemstone, metal, size, and setting for a one-of-a-kind piece or redesign jewelry you already own.
Are Museum Collection objects available for purchase?
No. Museum objects belong to our permanent family archive and are displayed for appreciation, research, and cultural study.
Can I see jewelry or museum objects in person?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 1808 86th Street in Brooklyn, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM. For a focused viewing, please book an appointment.
